CLIENT: EVERLEIGH IN DOWNTOWN DES PLAINES – CHICAGO AREA

Everleigh luxury condominiums is a real estate development built between the lush park and the chic downtown shopping area. I worked with the client to develop marketing materials and a website that reflected the casual, yet urban lifestyle of Des Plaines. I embossed the logo on the warm brown textured folder to create an element of luxury. This was printed as one piece with a pocket in the back to include floor plans and business card. I used chic lifestyle photos and a soft color pallet to show the relaxed, chic lifestyle in that area.
